What if I don’t have time?
This program is built for busy women. The strategies are simple, flexible, and fit into your life.
Do you take insurance?
I don’t bill insurance directly. However, many clients use their HSA/FSA benefits to cover the cost of programs, hormone testing, and supplements.
In some cases, clients have also been able to get insurance reimbursement with a doctor’s note — it’s best to check with your insurance provider. I’m happy to provide a detailed receipt if needed.
Can I do this if I’m on HRT?
Yes. My approach supports both natural and medically supported paths.
Do you offer a shorter program?
Yes — I also offer a 4-Week Reset for women wanting to start with quick relief.
